Always a safe choice. Mountain dishes that are both delicate and flavorful. We had the classic crostone, an excellent tagliatella with dormienti mushrooms, gratiné tortelli with mushrooms, Fagiolino’s famous mushroom portafoglio with meat, and a truly delicious filet with truffle on an apple cream. Good value for money.
