The history of the trattoria

Trattoria Da Fagiolino in Cutigliano was opened in the early 1950s by Alvaro Innocenti, son of Cecco, nicknamed "Fagiolino" because he was tall and slim like a young string bean, a nickname that inspired the restaurant's name. In the past, the Innocenti family managed a general store in the same space where today there is an excellent cuisine, selling a variety of goods from nails and vegetables to mushrooms and hardware knick-knacks.
